The garage floor upgrade that changes the whole house
The garage is often the first room you walk through when you get home. A coated floor makes it feel finished: brighter, easier to clean, and far less dust tracked inside. Oil, pollen, and the red clay that rides in on Georgia tires wipe right up.
Our most popular garage system is a full-broadcast flake floor with a polyaspartic topcoat. The flakes hide dirt and give the floor some grip. The topcoat stands up to hot tires and won't yellow when the door is open all afternoon.
Good fits for a coated garage floor
- New construction homes in Pooler, Richmond Hill, and Rincon with bare concrete
- Older garages with stains, cracks, or a peeling DIY coating
- Home gyms, workshops, and golf cart or boat storage
- Homeowners getting ready to sell who want the garage to show well
Garage floor options
Flake (chip) systems
The most popular garage finish. Colored vinyl flakes are broadcast into the base coat, then sealed with a clear topcoat. Hides dust and small imperfections and adds grip.
Polyaspartic topcoats
Cures in hours instead of days, won't yellow in the sun, and stands up to hot tires. A smart choice for open garage doors and coastal humidity.
Metallic epoxy
A glossy, marbled look for showrooms, man caves, home gyms, and finished basements. Every floor comes out one of a kind.
Solid color & quartz
Clean and practical for shops, utility rooms, and commercial spaces. Quartz adds extra texture where slips are a concern.
Our install process
- Free on-site estimate. We measure, check the concrete for moisture and cracks, show color samples, and give you a written price.
- Diamond grinding. The surface is ground, not just acid-washed, so the coating bonds into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it.
- Crack and pit repair. Cracks, spalls, and old adhesive are filled and smoothed so they don't telegraph through the finish.
- Base coat and flake. A pigmented base coat goes down, followed by your choice of flake, metallic, or solid finish.
- Clear topcoat. A UV-stable topcoat seals everything in. Most garages are done in a day and ready to walk on soon after.

Is epoxy or polyaspartic better for a garage?
Many of the best systems use both: an epoxy or polyurea base for bonding and a polyaspartic topcoat for UV and hot-tire resistance. We'll recommend what fits your garage and budget.
How soon can I park on it?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours with a polyaspartic topcoat. We'll give you exact timing for your system.
Is a flake floor slippery?
Flake floors have more texture than smooth epoxy. For extra grip we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat.
Do I need to empty the garage?
Yes, the floor needs to be clear. Many homeowners move things to the driveway or a portable storage unit for the day.
